LOL Parents
I woke up early this morning thanks to a bad dream again so I decided to give up trying to sleep in and wash some of my siblings' (overflowing basket of) dirty clothes. While I was in the tucked away corner of the house where the laundry area is, I heard my parents wake up and come out of their room. Then I hear a tiny commotion.
"OH NO, MAMA! Our daughter is gone!"
"What! Where? She has a habit of staying home!"
"I don`t know! She`s not in her room! And her brothers are still in theirs!"
"Why did she go out without telling us! Where could she have gone!?"
"Where could she b-"
"We should report her to the lost and found.."
At that point, I`d had enough fun so I broke my silence and said good morning to my dad as he passed by where I was standing to go check if I was still in the corridors outside the house. He didn`t see me so he jumped. Then he yelled out to my mom that here I was, doing some washing and my mom came down to see for herself.
And it`s cute and silly and all.
Except, they totally would have called the police.
