I just finished watching this movie. The pair of sincere lovers I watched kill themselves, long before they could taste the suffering luxury of a long and peaceful life together, was beautiful. I thought I would cry but I didn`t.

I was even strangely relieved when I realised that nothing and no one could have stopped either of them from deliberately ending their lives.

I have always been torn between admiring and aspiring to cultivating the determination it takes to live on when someone you love leaves you, living strong to honour their memory- and simply following them into death.
