Who: Shishiwakamaru and Touya
Where: Shishi's room
When: after Shishi returns from Ireland
Summary: Shishi returns to the teahouse to be greeted by Touya.
Shishi had managed to get back to the teahouse after arriving back in Japan. Kuwabara had left him at the temple. He was still a bit out of it due to the drug Karasu had exploded around him and the jet lag so when he arrived at the teahouse, he pretty much just crawled into bed to sleep to wake hours later when he nearly rolled off his bed.
Touya had been cleaning the tea house all day, but had stepped out to pick up dinner for himself, and a few supplies for their landlady. However, upon returning, he instantly sensed that something was different. He all but ran up the stairs, shoving roughly through doors until he threw open Shishi's door- and there he was, finally. Home. Slowly he advanced towards the bed and sank down onto the edge, reaching out to lightly grasp a few strands of hair.
Shishi was still a bit sleepy but a smile appeared on his face when Touya entered the room. He would never admit how much he had missed his lover but for now he yawned and stretched out a bit. "Miss me?" he chuckled.
"Very much," he admitted, smiling fondly down at the other, slightly bemused at the warmth he felt at that weary smile. "When did you get in?
"
"Not sure, it was at least early morning when we left Ireland...I think..." Shishi said, he was not too certain of anything that happened from the time Karasu had drugged him until now. "I fell asleep as soon as I got in, the time difference between here and Ireland is weird..."
"Mmmm..." he agreed. "Well, I'm glad you're back. How did the mission go?"
"The dumb human girl somehow herself kidnapped and Kurama insistd we save her. Karasu and one of the Toguros were waiting there. I managed to get through it unhurt but Kurama nearly got blown up," Shishi rolled his eyes.
"What a shame," he remarked, tone bland. "Well, I'm glad you weren't seriously hurt, anyway. Did the girl get killed?"
"Not sure, one can only hope but I personally don't care," Shishi scoffed. Now that he didn't have to pretend to be Kurama, he did not have to act nice to those close to the redhead, which was a relief.
Touya studied him carefully for a long moment, then smiled. "I'm glad you're acting like yourself again."
"Ah well yes...about that....I am not sure you would believe the reason and the less said about that whole mess, the better. But everything has been sorted out, thankfully," he said with a sigh of relief.
"I'm... glad." He frowned faintly. "But honestly, if it's something I did, I'd like to know what the problem was."
"It had nothing to do with you...if anything it was really my fault..." Shishi admitted, looking away. He had been captured by Ani Toguro and let him put the curse on him. But at least it was lifted and for a while, he would keep a bit of distance from Kurama.
That didn't seem to satisfy him entirely, but he was the pragmatic type, and shrugged it off. His fingers continued to twine in Shishi's hair. "Well, you're back now. Do you know if any of the other groups are as well?" His mind could not help but go to Jin.
"Not sure, I havn't heard anything except from Suzuki the night we arrived," Shishi admitted, enjoying the feel of Touya playing with his hair, scooting closer a bit.
He leaned down, kissing Shishi's ear lightly. "I just hope they're all unhurt," he murmured, though his thoughts were clearly wandering to other things.
Shishi assumed Touya was wondering about Jin but he didn't comment on it. "Suzuki seemed to be confident about things in Iceland, but I suppose we will hear from the others soon enough."
"I'm sure we will... but until then," his voice was lower as he lightly dusted kisses along Shishi's cheek.
Shishi sat up a bit, reaching up to pull him closer. He hoped Touya didn't notice how much weight the kitsune had made him gain, he was still annoyed Kurama about it.
Touya noticed the extra weight, but as Shishi had always been bordering on too thin, he didn't much mind as he quite contentedly pressed himself against his lover.
"Mmm...I've really missed you," Shishi muttered without thinking before he kissed Touya hard.
He smiled into the fierce kiss, unable to return the sentiment, but suspecting Shishi knew anyway- as his wandering hands were probably illustrating his point.
Shishi only wore a loose kimono that was only tied with a loose knot. He didn't care if the landlady was around to hear or not, he had been away far too long.
His hands slipped into the loose fabric, cupping Shishi's bare shoulders, pulling him close. "Missed you," he finally managed to get out between kisses.
"I can tell," the tengu grinned, letting the kimono fabric slide off his shoulders. "Hopefully the landlady is out for the afternoon..."
"Who cares about her?" he muttered with a tiny shrug.
Shishi only smirked in response as the tie of the kimono was tossed off to the floor. He still felt a bit jet lagged from the trip but after being stuck as Kurama for so long, it didn't matter.
Touya pushed Shishi down on the bed, slipping his own clothes off.
and there was no protest from him as he reached out to draw Touya down to him with a grin.
