Who:Youda and Hagiri
Where:Youda's office
When:Tuesday Afternoon
Summary:Youda deals with Hagiri.

Hagiri trudged once again to the office, careful to avoide any gum this time. His expression was different than last time, however; his eyes were sharp and focused and he wore an emotionless scowl in his face. Although he didn't fear Youda in any way, he wasn't keen for more "punishment". He was going to at least try to lie his way out of this. With this solid resolution he knocked on the door, arriving right at the appointed time.

"Come in," Youda answered, tucking his notes away. He had had a long day and was rather irritated. He folded his hands before himself on the desk and waited for Hagiri to enter, debating how to deal with this ningen.

He entered on command and sat once again in the chair in front of the desk. He folded his hands across his lap, watching the other pensively and waited for him to speak first.

Youda laid the newspaper, with the story that had caught his eye this morning, before Hagiri and folded his arms once more. "I assume you had something to do with this," Youda said an in even tone.

Hagiri lifted the newspaper and skimmed the article, just managing to keep his face straight. Looking back up at Youda he put the newspaper down again and leaned back in the chair. "You shouldn't assume." He wasn't going to give him the pleasure of seeing him squirm.

"Perhaps. Needless to say, I expect it will not happen again. This school does not need the publicity," Youda said in a sharp but even tone.

Hagiri shrugged, blinking as he moved in a nonchalant manner. "I don't know why you're telling me this. I can't prevent unfortunate events like this without causing even more unfortunate events to occur." Locking eyes with the old goat once more, he waited to see his reaction.

"Find a way then. If it does happen again, the consequences will be severe, whether you were involved or not," Youda said harshly before making some notes on the papers before him. "And tell the lunch..lady that if she requires any more supplies, the school does pay for such things."

He furrowed his brow and leaned foward, resting his elbows on his knees. "Tell me Youda...how do you propose that I stop a possible future robery? From what I have gathered, I'm the only 'ningen' here, am I not?" He was, of course, referring to the staff. "So how in the world do you expect me to prevent two nuts in masks?" He nodded towards the picture on the newspaper clipping as he spoke.

"I am sure someone so...resourceful as yourself will figure out a way," Youda smirked slightly. If Hagiri was not responsible, then the ningen would at least be dealt with.

He stood with a glare and rested his hand on the back of his chair. Youda was not going to make him take the heat for this...he hadn't even wanted to go in the first place. "Yes yes...and I'm sure having the newspapers report about a teacher of this school shooting two grocery stealing robbers would be a lovely way to avoid publicity, hm?" His violet eyes flitted from Youda to the door, which he planned to escape out of, and back as he spoke.

Youda raised one eyebrow. "No doubt the stress from your job comproised your mental state so no one would question if you vanished after that inicident," Youda said in a flat tone.

He turned slowly to face Youda, his eyes narrowing dangerously. Hagiri had absolutely no idea what power level this goat would be considered, but that didn't intimidate him. Pressing his hands on his desk he leaned foward, glaring down at Youda. "Are you threatening me?" His voice was softer than before. He was almost certain that he wouldn't heed his unspoken warning, but he wasn't about to take a threat of that magnitute from him, of all people.

Youda looked right back at Hagiri with a flat stare then held out a few forms. "For the lunch lady, should she need more supplies. Is there anything else?" Youda asked, ignoring Hagiri's question. To him, the matter was dealt with.

Hagiri silently glared at the papers before letting out a gentle sigh and standing erect once more. He took the papers and closed his eyes, a soft smirk forming on his previously dangeorus features. "Yes. I may be a mere human, Youda, but..." He opened his eyes again and smiled sweetly. "...don't think that you can control me just because your "the principal's" little bitch. I don't answer to you." And with that he walked off, flipping him the bird as he slipped out the door and disappeared down the hall.

Youda frowned at the last insult, tapping his pen once on his papers. Never had he had to deal with such an annoying ningen in Gandara. Yes, he had a headache now.

youda, hagiri
