Things I did this weekend
Because sometimes, one needs to remind oneself that one actually did... stuff. Sort of.
☆ Went downtown with the objective of obtaining tea for work. Tea: acquired. Mission accomplished.
☆ Treated self to lunch on Friday. (Sushi at my favourite Japanese joint. It was nice!)
☆ Accomplished miscellaneous boring adult stuff (blah, chores, but it needed to be done)
☆ Did a little reading! I still haven't finished Love in the Time of Cholera, but I sure am enjoying the trip. I'll have to look up the translator's other work, I wonder if they've done other Marquez....
☆ Made a new friend on twitter! Um. Maybe, potentially. There are some language barriers (she's Japanese). But we have some mutual friends and mutual interests, so hopefully we can be friends too.
☆ Finished editing treat for
trickortreatex. Woohoo!
☆ Yuletide nominations are finalized as well. Me and my "friend" nominated Ex Machina, aRTD, SSSS, Valiant Hearts, and... Kittens Game. Yes, I'm going to offer Kittens Game. And those others as well, but. Kittens. :D I doubt anybody is going to request that fandom, but maybe I'll get lucky and someone will.
☆ Finished typing up aRTD ot3 fic; prepped it to begin the editing process.
☆ Finished SSSS prologue fic in response to Solo's tumblr request (Finally!) *
☆ Finished some Hetalia poetry that I've had sitting in my drafts for ages. *
☆ Wrestled with depression symptoms and won. Yuuago: 1, Depression: 0. At least for the moment.
☆ ... I also completely neglected my flist. Like I've been doing for the past week. Oops. Sorry, guys; I've been spending a lot of time writing.
Aaaaand in other news, I was completely unable to see the super blood moon because we had complete cloud coverage over here. Major bummer. Alas! But it was too cold to go standing outside, anyway.
