Reading: The Star, reversed, + Six of Pentacles upright.
Drew the Star, was confused, decided to try for a clarifier, got Six of Pentacles. Somewhat less confused.
Overall impression - lack of direction/discouragement with money matters. As far as Six of Pentacles goes, I'm kind of in between both ends of the scale, and it's a matter of finding balance.
It's something that tends to always be in the back of my mind. It's important, but there are a lot of steps I need to take in the next few years, and since these things are not immediate, it's like... well. What do I do about it in the meantime.
Current things to consider: Will I be getting a car in the future, when will I move out, how will I balance rent + money after I do, etc. Will I have to get a new job after I move out? I don't know. And then of course there is the always-present concern about saving for retirement.
I guess in the meantime, I can do something to curb my spending a bit more. I'm pretty good at saving, but sometimes I'm more frivolous than I really need to be.
... And this is also a helpful reminder that I should check my credit card bill, I guess.
