I feel a lot better today. Not 100%, but still a lot better. ... Still feeling low-energy and unsocial, though, so I'll keep hiding for a while.
Finished reading Sourcery today. I really, really love Rincewind. He's so failtastic, and pretty much a coward, but he's so brave when he has to be. When no one else is willing to be, I mean. That's something I really value. The actions he takes toward the end of Sourcery are just -- wonderful.
The Watch books are great, and Granny Weatherwax is amazing, but I think Rincewind will always be my favourite.
Anyway. Today was... okay. Like I said, I feel a bit better. Work was a clusterfuck, but that's the status quo right now, so I'm not too bothered. Did some driving practice, and mum says I'm getting better at it, though I'm nowhere near as good as I'm going to need to be for the road test. Need more practice. That's fine.
So, so glad that I'm getting Monday off. I don't desperately need it or anything, but an extra day off is always nice, and I really could use that time to work on my Nordipalooza fest fic, and on the replies that I owe everybody. And I have some meta posts that I want to work on, though I don't know if I'll get anything substantial done.
... It's late. I should get ready for bed.
