I'm really curious about the Sweden/Turkey book. What's the plot?

Hmm! Well, leaving aside that this is guesswork because me + Japanese = ???

After being defeated by Russia, Sweden ends up in Turkey's care, and they form a friendship. (Possibly more than a friendship. Heh.)

I did some poking around and apparently it's based (loosely) on history: after Karl XII of Sweden retreated from defeat by Russia at the Battle of Poltava, he spent some time time recuperating at Sultan Ahmed III's place, and while there persuaded him to attack Russia.

I can hardly wait to scan this one. :D
