Getting Stuff Done
In between hacking up a lung, I managed to revamp all of the necessary posts for the 2014 edition of Nordipalooza. Y'know, guideline posts and stuff. So, those just need a second look-over, and then they'll be ready. Awesome!
The only things left to do are to revise all of the pages on the tumblr to match with this year's schedule/changes, and then put together the prompt list. After that? Nada, 'cept for advertising. Which I'm going to start next week. Need to find some kind of balance between "posting just enough" and "posts so much that it's annoying". Hmm. Well, we'll see. Maybe I should take a look at how the rarepair exchange at Christmas did it; I find that they handled it decently.
Ahhh I can hardly wait for this, though! :D I'm really excited to get writing for it, too. Hopefully by the time prompts go out, I'll be feeling better, or at least won't be coughing all the time. It's hard to write when I'm like this.
Work was eventful today. Due to overloaded wiring, the office nearly caught on fire. Well, there was definitely smoke. It smelled terrible. Are we likely to get this fixed soon? ... Nope. That's efficiency for ya'.
Can't decide what to do with knitting. I've re-started the second mitten in the pair I'm working on about 6 times by now, I swear. I can never get the size right... and I'm worried that I'll run out of yarn (and of course I'm not able to get any more). :| I'm tempted to unravel it to start it over a 7th time. But that would just be silly, wouldn't it.
