Today was unusual in two minor, but notable ways.
1. I had a conversation with a stranger and did not panic. This hardly ever happens (both parts of it). hetalia is everywhere
but honsetly I can't blame you for listening in, haha I would've too. I've never been to an anime-ish con, just the one we have here centered around more Western-nerdy stuff (still, with a dash of animanga). I think you should try to go to a con if you ever have the chance! ;3; I mean having such a high concentration of nerdery in one contained area generates the most wonderful and delightful atmosphere, it's like rainbows and sunshine and kittens all rolled up into one amazing happy feeling. or maybe I should say it feels like landing on one's home planet and being all omg i'm not alone!! ლ(ಥヮಥლ). or maybe i'm just so deprived of nerdy outlets that I feel too many feelings about this kind of stuff WHO KNOWS

it's never too early to learn how to knit socks! I mean, y'gotta admit that it's a crazy practical skill.
and if you lose a sock in the laundry, you can just knit another one! （＾▽＾）

I CAN'T ESCAPE HETALIA EVEN IN MY OFFLINE LIFE. Not that I mind.

I probably won't have a chance to go to any cons any time soon, but... maybe things will change. I'd like to do it at least once because it sounds fun, yeah.
