SQ wins again + Winter Haircut

I redeem my ticket via the Marco Polo Club (Cathay equivalent of Krisflyer) to go back for Christmas online. Costs the same amount of mileage for both business and economy class, yet they don't have the 15% promo like SQ does. And I notice it's so difficult to accumulate mileage on Cathay. That aside. I wanted to change my ticket. I couldn't do it online. I searched on their website for ages, I couldn't find the member services number. I called Cathay's hotline, held for 5 minutes and was told that I need to call Marco Polo. I told him I'd expected this answer but I couldn't the number on their website. The guy gave it to me. I called like I think at least 15 times in office today, but I couldn't even get through the line. Now that I managed to get through, I've been kept holding on for 7 minutes already....... still waiting. I hope I don't wait so long only to be told "I am sorry sir, you can't change it!"

I went to cut my hair during lunch time. My hairstylist said people usually keep their hair slightly longer and thicker during winter. Apparently, beside keeping your head warm, thicker and fuller hair style goes better with winter clothes.. see, I learnt something new.
