I have nothing better to do with this thing, so I might as well make some use of it.
I havent worked out in a long while. Work, relationship stuffs, semi-school threw me out of the loop a few years back. And know what I noticed the other day? I'm starting to get a gut... I think that might coincide with my being 21 and consuming alcohol a lot more than I used to... Anyways, today I started working out again. Go me!
I ran: 2.25 Miles
Sit-Ups: 85
Knee to Elbow Oblique Crunches: 100
Push-Ups: 25 (I know, I know)
Yeah, none of those numbers are that good... I know. It's been so long, I was tired after just that pitiful work out. :< I'm ashamed. But I have to get back into the speed of things! MY ABS NEED TO COME BACK!
