a chapter ends
so what am i thinking while i'm spending my last 24 hours in egypt? OHHHHHH MYYYYYYY GOD! it's been one nutty summer! i swear it feels like i flew right by. i met so many people, made so many friends, got in so many fights, but 50-billion too many scarves, read so many pages on arab history, saw and learned about so many mosques i never even knew existed, spent what seems like too few precious hours with my family and my favorite cousins...
it's sad yet exciting at the same time. i've never felt so restless and bummed at the same time. i really wish i had just two more weeks here, but at the same time i can't stand the thought of it! inshaAllah i have a lot for look forward to.
al7amdulillah for everything. you gotta appreciate everything!
