12/01 Portland
Today we have off in Portland! Well, supposedly, but the bus got a flat tire and kinda broke somewhere, so we got to the hotel at around 5 in the evening. And it'd have been dangerous if we didn't get out of the bus while it was being repaired, so we all rushed into this one room we reserved solely to take a shower~.
There were both those that wanted to shop and those that wanted to idle around in the room.
I also wanted to shop, but I had to exchange emails with those from Japan and attend meetings so I didn't get to go anywhere...
But my stomach's been shrinking so Shinya and Nora, the staff member, went to a nearby Japanese restaurant. This time we're eating Japanese eh.
The restaurant named "YUKI" that we heard about from the people at the hotel looked like a bar from the outside and it didn't really have a sort of Japanese restaurant feeling so we thought it wouldn't be that great... but the food was incredibly delicious! There aren't so many places with good miso soup, but the soup here was delicious eh~. I don't think I can put up as many pics as I want but...

Hamachi (young Japanese amberjack) is the best~!

oh but sashimi and me don't go well together.
