(no subject)
Mom came home on July 4th. Feeling better, though still in quite a bit of head pain obviously. Last I heard they still don't know what caused it other than virus.
Work was pretty good today. The kids make me smile. A whole room of first graders singing happy birthday Miss Kellee is all kinds of awesome. ^__^
My car is NOT awesome. As I was driving home, I noticed it handling funny, and then heard this fantastically bad grinding breaking noise. Got home and the sway bar link was very clearly broken on the driver side. Shitdamn. So I called up Joe to abuse his O'Reilly's employee discount because he is an awesome person and lets me do such things. (I srsly owe him and need to do SOMETHING for his help.) So, got the parts and a couple jackstands for pretty cheap. Got Knarra all jacked up and the tire off and was like oh, this shouldn't be TOO bad, the procedure is seriously remove two bolts, put new part on, replace two bolts.
BUT NO. The bolts WON'T COME OFF. WHY?!?!?

Seriously though part of it is because my ratchet that fits the special star bit I got is itty bitty tiny cheap piece o' shit. Also, even if I HAD a replacement bolt so I could cut off the old one (I don't) I couldn't cut it off because someone borrowed my god damn angle grinder and never returned it. FFFFFUUUUUUU.
So I have a rag with WD40 soaked thru wrapped around the bolts. And taking Lacey's car to work tomorrow. And hoping to God that works. ): Cause I don't know what else to do. I don't want to take it to a shop so they can charge me a billion dollars to remove two god damn bolts. But I kind of need the car fixed ASAP. *sigh*
