Notes: I know I can't write these two, I have no idea why I even tried.
"C'mon, B, what have you got to lose?"
All she can think about is how this couldn't be happened. Shouldn't be happening. But Faith already has her hands around Buffy's waist in a way that sends chills up her spine.
The Bronze is spinning, and it kills Buffy to not be in control, but she likes this feeling way too much to pull away.
“Hey,” Faith says, drawing Buffy’s attention up from where she’s been staring at the floor, “This could be our song.” Buffy isn’t paying too much attention to the music, but as she lifts her head up to see who exactly was playing on stage, Faith leans forward and places her lips on Buffy’s.
Right there in the middle of the floor, and even though Buffy is sure everyone is gawking by now, she returns the favor, breaking the less than caste kiss only when she hears the low rolling of music fading to the end of a set.
When the two part, they’re both wearing grins.
"Five by five," Faith smirks wickedly as a hand moves up to brush a strand of blonde hair away from Buffy's face with a tentative gentleness Buffy never knew she was capable of.
