Hullo, moderly person. I shall try to contact here first, but if this doesn't work, I'll try the claims post.

I am very sorry to say that it looks like my submission is likely going to be about a week late. I haven't really had an easy time the past few weeks; I was laid off, and have traded off between depressive bouts and trying to find a new position. Haven't even really had time to update my LJ actually. -_-

If I were to be able to so kindly request any sort of extension, I'd love that. If not, would I at least be permitted to post my completed challenge when it's ready here even if past the due date?

Yes, that should be fine. It's about probably 3/4ths written already, I should just need to wrap it up and have someone beta it. I sincerely appreciate the consideration.
