1 Mile - 11:49 Time
3 Reps of 10 Sit-Ups
3 Reps of 10 Push-Ups
Swimming for 15 Minutes
Friday:
1 Mile - 11:31
3 Reps of 15 Sit-Ups
3 Reps of 10 Push-Ups
Swimming for 15 Minutes
I'm pretty proud of myself for this week as far as working out goes. I'm finally eating better (most of the time), and I shaved half a minute off my mile. I have to say that makes me pretty proud.
Starting Monday, this is where I'll begin:
1 Mile - 11:15
3 Reps of 15 Sit-Ups
3 Reps of 15 Push-Ups
Swimming for 20 Minutes
And building from there...
However, in other news, I'm not doing so well, but I'll add that later...peace, friends.
