Hey peoples. I've decided to put up my poems from last year cuz I've run out of things to say. I guess it'll just take you back to our Morris days when our poems would be on the walls....
heres the first one I chose and I will acutally type everything I wrote just like a copy
Burning Love
You're asleep within your heart
You won't wake so I'm
Burning for your life. I'll
Burn out just for you.
The beauty of protecting isn't
All an illusion. So I
Want to believe in it
So I can live tomorrow
(Dedicated to a nine-year-old boy, who became a hero, but didn't live to tell about it. His house caught on fire and he took the time to safely escort his two younger sisters to safety. Thinking that his mother, who had been sleeping the last time he saw her, was still inside, he went back into the burning house alone to rescue her. Little did he know that she had woken up and checked if her children were there and when saw no one, left through the back door, trying to circle around the house to find her children. He bravely went back into the raoring fires to sace her, because he knew she was pregnant. His sisters told his mother he went back inside, and by this time the firefighters arrived. His mother, who was in tears of fear, would not find relief that day. Her nine-year-old son, had been trapped in the fire, and by the time the firefighters reached him, it was too late)
