i haven't bowled in a long time. on wednesday night i went bowling with my co-workers who i adore. we had a total blast. i seriously laughed like the whole time. i taught them the strike, the spare, and the goalpost dances (trademarked by Kris10P & Friends). they loved it.
my co-workers were very amused by the way i bowl. chris noticed that when i go to bowl it's one continuous movement - i take the ball and just keep moving until the ball is thrown from my hand. it's like i happen to pick up a ball on my way to bowl. sejal noticed that i strut on my way to the foul line and then release the ball very dramatically. hahaha. of course everyone had their special way of bowling. chris goes slow in preparation and then goes fast as he nears the line and throws the ball with lots of force. he showed us a few hook throws. totally awesome. he was the best out of all of us. nutan does the booty bump as the ball hits the pins. i suppose sejal was the "normal" bowler.
some other key highlights:
+ the helen pin: the back left corner pin - at the beginning my ball would swerve from the right all the way to the left and hit that corner pin
+ the sejal pin: the back right corner pin - for some reason her balls would go into that corner whether or not there was a pin there
+ the sejal formation: two center pins and the back left corner pin - there were lots of times her first throws would yield that formation
+ the helen ball: a 6 pound reddish ball that yielded "lucky" results when nutan would use it; i think i also scored two strikes with it
+ chris's hot pink ball: self-explanatory
+ GiGi, S, Sirhc, and Nutter Butter
+ the dirty animation: there was an animation where an animated pin would lift it's skirt up and whenever it was shown i would be like, "oooo you got the dirty one!"
