Okay, in an effort to get back on track with my healthier paleo lifestyle, I'm trying to get back into the habit of planning my meals. So! My menu for the week beginning 1/26/15. (Not including snacks--which are mostly fruit, cheese, or coffee--or lunches, which I frequently skip.)
Monday
Dinner - pan-seared bone-in pork chop; salad with garlic vinaigrette and almond slivers
Tuesday
Breakfast - bacon and eggs and half a grapefruit
Dinner - pan-seared bone-in pork chop (reheated); 1 cup steamed "summer vegetables"
** Make the quiche tonight
Wednesday
Breakfast - broccoli, egg and sausage quiche
Dinner - cube steak au poivre; steamed broccoli
Thursday
Breakfast - quiche
Dinner - cube steak au poivre (reheated); salad with garlic vinaigrette
Friday
Breakfast - quiche
Dinner - chicken and vegetable stir-fry
Saturday
Breakfast - chicken and vegetable stir-fry
Dinner - quiche
Sunday Cheat Day
Breakfast - quiche, if there's any left, otherwise bagel
Dinner - whatever I can scrounge
**grocery shopping day!
Snacks/lunch will be Larabars, apple chips, fresh fruit, roasted cashews, and salad.
