I like it! I've never read this scene from Tifa's point of view before, good writing!

Aww thanks :) I get so tired of the fandom neglecting that Tifa was pretty devastated over Aerith's death as well and well...here's my response :)

Hmm. That made Aeris seem tolerable. Very, very nice

Ooh, wow! What a great fic!

I very much enjoyed this. I've never actually played the game, but it brings home her loss.

To quote (or misquote) Jeffry Sinclaire of Babylon 5: there is no greater compliment than praise from one's enemy. Or something like that.

They weren't enemies, as such, but... does it even make sense?

Anyway - nicely done.

Aww thanks!

I have a very odd interest in Aerith and Tifa's relationship...I guess mainly because my Tifa is a very lonely person who has always been surrounded by men, and Aerith is the first real female companion she ever has...and then she loses her. And while they weren't enemies, they were rivals, in a sense...but I think had Aerith lived that it would not have affected their friendship. I always got the impression from the game that Tifa suffered just as much loss if Cloud did--if not more, since Cloud had a million other things going on in his brain at the time.

Thanks again though, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
