Here It Goes Again
With the end of winter break comes a whole mess of work with which I’m not prepared to deal. I’ve only had two classes and the first hour of my internship, and I’m already mildly stressing. Granted, my first class was my upper division writing class, in which my adorable yet vaguely neurotic professor informed us that we have a topic idea due by Wednesday and a prospectus plus a rough draft for another paper due next Wednesday. Seriously, when the professor was going over the syllabus and paper topics, you could almost hear the panicked screaming in everyone’s heads.
So far, on paper, my schedule looks pretty unwieldy with long days and little to no breaks between classes/internship time/yearbook office hours. I’m still rested enough to believe that, even though it’s going to be tiring, I can handle this. Let’s see if I feel the same way in a month.
On a more pleasant note, winter break was so very fun. Lots of going out with friends plus San Diego Zoo and Disneyland(!). Someone remind me to upload pictures later.
I’m off to sleep while I still have the time.
BTW, GIP because I never posted an entry with it, and it’s not too late to get me my very own Logan Echolls as a present, you know. I would be willing to accept him as a birthday present, too. *wink, wink, nudge, nudge*
