A little update
Well, I haven't updated in a few days, and a fair bit has happened.
On Friday, we all got our pay review letters, as everyone was individually called into the office to get them - quite a lot came out screwing the letters up and generally not being happy (as they either hadn't got a raise, or didn't get as much as they hoped).
I was one of the last to get called in, so I wondered what news my letter would bring, and luckily, it was good news, as I got a 6% pay rise, which works out as an
