Shoujo manga
Someone has been wondering why I like Shoujo manga and read that much amount of titles -__-' . Why huh ? ~~
It's because I'm a happiness sucker. lol
I suck the happiness they have in shoujo manga and feel happy myself.
That sounds sickening huh lol. But it's like that.
I do really feel happy when I read shoujo manga{s}. The love-affairs and stuffs make me feel good :] .
I remember back then when I was younger ( not that I'm not like that anymore 0__0 ), I suck the happiness from shoujo mangas to erase all my sadness, to forget about things that I don't want to keep in mind.
That time when my dearest puppy died. I cried and cried and cried non-stop. I couldn't stop thinking of those days when she was alive. How cute she was. Whenever a slightest memory appears in my head, I would cry. No matter how I tried, I just couldn't stop.
And then I started to use shoujo-manga as an eraser. Bed time is when I miss her the most, because before she died, she was always in my room, running here and there on the bed ( or even pee here pee there ;_; ). Since then I started to be addicted to a new habit, reading manga before I go to sleep.
But it doesn't mean that I'll read all the shoujo manga(s) available -__- . Some shoujo manga(s) can be really boring -_-' , with super duper ugly drawings and so on. I don't have time for such kinds =A= . The kind I hate most is those of the mangakas who copy other famous mangakas drawing style ( or even the stories! ) . It's so lame and pathetic. And they don't even archive what they're copying.
I adore Arina Tanemura. That's why I'm really pissed off seeing lame shoujo mangas of the new mangakas who copy her style. Obviously. It's so damn easy to figure out. And not to mention, the scripts suck.
Another reason is that shoujo manga doesn't give me headache, it's just all the sweet things flying around. Such kind of things allow me to relax, which is one of the reasons why I read manga.
But Shounen / Yaoi and Shounen Ai are still as much favored LOL.
I haven't been having enough time to download some Shounen mangas I want to read -A- ... There are lots of titles I want to try. But school works, house works and all the distractions ( a big example : my doll craze lol ) suck all the time from me.
If only I can read Chinese ( I'm neither Chinese nor Singaporean '__' ) - I'd have chances to buy tankoubon(s). That will save lots of time, and help me continue my once obsess : reading manga everytime before I go to sleep!
That habit was a MUST for me when I was back home. *I miss my golden days*
So~ I ended up downloading one-shots to please my Otaku's craze -__- . As allllllllllll the shounen manga I want to read are so damn long.
Darn, holiday is coming, I'll sure have time to read as much as I want.
