I need a lifestyle overhaul and I'm desperate.
I'm getting fatter and less flexible faster than I thought. My strength has diminished remarkably and I'm out of breath walking up stairs. This does not an enjoyable life make.
I refuse to buy new clothes even though I now only fit into two of my track suits and my pajamas. That's it.

So I'm embarking on a quest.

I need to change my diet. My eating habits. This will be hard as I'm an emotional eater (and really enjoy the taste of food) and I'm so confused between what you're not suppose to eat; calories, fats or carbs? My mom raised me to eat macrobiotically, if it grows it's good, but I need to train my tastebuds to like it.

I need to find the time to exercise and the money to take lessons.

I need to do my physio because without use of my left knee or lower back exercising it quite difficult.

What I'm looking for right now is a program with guidelines, goals and support resources.
Apart from Jenny Craig, Curves and Weight Watchers I don't know what's out there. I don't even know where to look.

Please, if you have any realistic suggestions, I'm desperate to hear them.
