Herb Stuffed Lamb Neck on Bulgur and Freekeh

bet u never had one of those before, i never did until two months ago when we visited an arab restaurant in the south of Galilee. the meat melted in out mouths and i could not believe meat can be so good. i mean sure steaks and burgers are good, also stews and ect, but this was on a whole different level. so, a week ago, during our weekly trip to the supermarket i stumbled upon this "unusual cut" lams neck. and i just had to try making it myself. and i mush tell you, dozens of cooking books i read and hundreds of watching cooking shows payed off. the meat turned out great, just as good as the one we had in the restaurant. god i was so so happy with myself (today i ruined squid, but this is a whole different story...).
