2007 (Stolen from Charlene)
1) Where did you begin 2007?
In the DC Wyndham Hotel, having champagne spilled all over my evening gown, followed by waking up with the hangover from hell the next morning in the penthouse of The Madison!
2) What was your status on Valentine's Day?
Married
3) Were you in school (anytime this year)?
Started my MA in August
4) How did you earn your money?
Until August, I worked at a mall management office
5) Did you have to go to the hospital?
Thankfully, no, unlike NY Day 2006!
6) Did you have any encounters with the police?
Nothing that had to do with me
7) Where did you go on vacation?
Spent some time in Cincinnati, a weekend in Iowa, & a weekend in Chicago before I moved there
8) What did you purchase that was over $1000?
Hrm...spent just shy of that on a mattress last week & purchased a laptop in October
9) Did you know anybody who got married?
Charlene! I'm sure others did too, but I can't think of anyone else right now.
10) Did you know anybody who passed away?
Unfortunately, yes--a coworker's newborn baby died in January & an acquaintance from high school died in May.
12) Did you move anywhere?
Moved to Chicago in August!
14) What concerts/shows did you go to?
Went to see Barenaked Ladies in Cleveland back in July & saw Jeff Dunham & Dave Attell
15) Are you registered to vote?
Not yet, since I'm not a legal IL resident yet
16) Who did you want to win Big Brother?
I don't watch reality TV
17) Where do you live now?
Chicago, IL
18)Describe your birthday?
Let's see...celebrated the weekend before it by going to a Belgian restaurant with all our friends & on my actual birthday, I made a lemon pasta with shrimp & went to The Cheesecake Factory for dessert.
19) What's one thing you thought you'd never do but did in 2007?
Move to another state on such short notice & actually start my MA!
20) What has been your favorite moment?
Either when I found out that I was accepted to my school or my first day of school, realizing that I was finally pursuing my dream
21) What's something you learned about yourself?
That I'm a better student than I previously thought I was--3.94 GPA, baby!
22) Any new additions to your family?
My nephew had a baby in April & my niece had a baby in September
23.) What was your worst month?
January--I fell down the stairs & really bruised myself, had to attend a funeral for an infant, & one of my dogs got attacked by a Huskie
24.) What music will you remember 2007 by?
Justin Timberlake, probably
25) Who has been your best drinking buddy?
I have to pick one? What would I have done without Barry & Jay?!
