ta-dah!

Not really about anything in particular, just ta-dah in general. Made it through my first 2 weeks of work as of today, I'm pretty proud of that fact. Not to mention that I'm already making great sales, which will hopefully mean a great bonus at the end of the month. I made 2 separate $460 sales today. One was entirely T3 Hair tools And the other was entirely cosmetics, most of which were i.d. Bare Minerals makeup and a couple of pricey brushes. It's easy for me to sell these things because I love them and I know they work. I actually can explain to someone why that hair dryer is $200 as well as the wet-to-dry flat iron, which is the only one of it's kind, and is amazing. Normally I would never spend that on a hair dryer, or tell someone else to, but the fact that it's so light, works so fast, and leaves the hair shiny and healthy make it worth it. Especially for me since my hands and wrists are fucked up enough without using a heavy ass hair dryer on clients all the time.

School today was kind of a waste of time, plus a rather disappointing test on Trichology, which is the study of hair. (LOL my journal app. doesn't think trichology is a word) Anyway, we got two different handouts to fill out and use as study guides, which I did, and then the test was a whole lotta shit that wasn't on the handouts, and that I didn't remember from the book. I'm slightly annoyed, but I think I still may have passed, so I'm not going to worry about it.

O.K, I'm tired, I think it's time to stop typing and start getting ready for bed :-)
