reading mixes
Recently I read Bangkok 8 (I was motivated by subdee's review) and then yesterday I just started The Windup Girl. It occurred to me that those are pretty good books* to read in succession. That ended with me wanting something like a "reading mix", like a reading list but with a fixed order that is meant to enhance the experience, much like a well-curated music mix or museum display.
Well, I'd like that but I'm also aware that making one's way through such a list would take way too long and I don't know for certain that I could stick to one, since a good mix probably has at least, what, 8 books (8 tracks)? Maybe a short story "reading mix" would go over better.
* I am aware that Subdee is not fond of The Windup Girl XD and I promise to write a review of it when I finish.
