Smell of cappuccino
This time, the topic is: Cappuccino. I love coffee, and one of my favorite is Cappuccino ^^. It is an Italian drink prepared with espresso, hot milk and steamed-milk foam. A cappuccino differs from a caffe latte in that it is prepared with much less steamed or textured milk than the caffe latte, with the total of espresso and milk/foam making up between approximately 150 ml and 180 ml (5 and 6 fluid ounces). A cappuccino is traditionally served in a porcelain cup, which has far better heat-retention characteristics than glass or paper. The foam on top of the cappuccino acts as an insulator and helps retain the heat of the liquid, allowing it to stay hotter longer. (Source: Wikipedia)
Okay, now, to the recipe part. YOU DON"T REALLY HAVE TO READ THIS I've found these on some random site.
- Irish Cappuccino: (I've tried it many times before, in a cafe ^^)
3 fluid ounces of Bailey Irish Cream
5 fluid ounces of hot coffee (black coffee)
1 dash of nutmeg
Pour Bailey Irish Cream into a coffee mug. Fill with hot black coffee. Top with a single spray of dessert topping. Finally, dust the dessert toppings with a dash of nutmeg.

Hmm...I dunno , but they look just like normal cappuccino.
Anyway, here's the recipe for the original cappuccino:
3 teaspoons instant espresso coffee
2 cups boiling water
3 cups very hot milk
6 teaspoons granulated sugar
Brandy
Grated sweet chocolate
Combine coffee and water. Stir in milk and sugar. Pour into small demitasse cups. Guests may add either 1 tablespoon of brandy or 1 teaspoon ground chocolate, although neither is traditional.
