i bought this shredder from staples for my kris kringle and it turned out to be a shitty one. it's a identityguard shredder..i believe that's the brand. i'm not sure. but anyways, the first one i received was completely dysfunctional so i decided to make an exchange. after making the exchange, it seemed to be working fine when i tried it, but when my kris kringle tried it out, it didn't last too long. and so, i decided to return it. but it just so happens that they are no longer accepting this shredder anymore and they said i can either dispose of it or donate it. lol. but they're giving me a refund! yay. see how crappy this shredder is. so crappy that it's not even worth their shipping and handling moola.
