It's been a while

I've been staying with my grandparents the past few days so nothing 'exciting' really has been happening. Although another 'first' happened to me. Passing through senior year has really been the best experience for me.>> Anyways, last Sunday, I woke up kinda late and looked at my cellphone. Upon reading all the unread messages, I chanced upon one that Honey sent. He mentioned something about going to someone's house and joining in on the fiesta. Originally, I told him I couldn't because it was a Sunday and I'm always with my family on Sundays, but I did say I would try asking permission. When my mom passed by, I asked her and she...allowed me to go, saying "I'm not quite sure your grandparents will sit well with it" or something like that. So, I called my grandfather and told him about it but he seemed deaf to what I said (although he protested a little, so I became deaf to that). Then, I texted Honey that I was going and I started getting ready to go.

I ended up being thirty minutes late, but apparently, only one person was waiting (and on time, friend B). She and I waited for Honey for about thirty minutes (yes, he takes a whole lot longer than we do). When he finally arrived, we rode a jeepney to this friend's place. We found it funny how Honey didn't pay yet until it was the last minute and he started rushing. Me and friend B had already forgotten about where friend A lived exactly and so we were talking about if any of remembered exactly where to go. Honey said ambiguous stuff until he finally said he knew where to go.

When we finally reached friend As place, he told his brother that he didn't know we were coming over. When we got to his room, he told us that he genuinely didn't know about us--friend B and I--going to his place. He knew about Honey coming, though. We ate a little and talked for a while until Honey started getting friend A pissed by sending people (one of our friends who he has a slight--very slight--crush on [friend C] and his former crush) sexual messages on FB. He went berserk though when Honey sent whatever it was to his former crush. Honey did say that he was going to say that it was him (Honey) who sent those messages.

While he was freaking out , he mellowed down when there was a knock on the door. Another friend had arrived, yep, friend C. While we were figuring out how to block friend A's crush (he was raging, we were somewhat panicking so we forgot where the block option was), friend A went out to get food for friend C (we had all already finished eating). We told friend C about the whole sexual messages so  we delayed blocking the dude. When friend A returned, he wasn't too pleased about us not blocking his former crush yet but didn't freak out because we said friend C wanted to read the messages. Friend C didn't eat the food (he doesn't eat it) so friend A gave it to Honey which finally made Honey leave the computer chair.
While Honey was eating, friend A said something likie "so, you really want to see what he told him?" then proceeded to going to the message. Unfortunately, the internet started bugging up and we couldn't see it. After aroudn 5 minutes, we finally did. At first, friend C found it funny...until he read something. Instead of Honey admitting it was him who sent the message, he used friend C's name (the worst part is that friend A's former crush has something against friend C).

After a while, friends A and C started playing Grandchase so Honey, friend B and I left, secretly (we were joking about friends A and C hooking up while we were gone because of how focused they were on the game and didn't even notice that we left). We were planning to finally go to friend D's house but we had to wait for him because we didn't know where he lived (he told us to come over before the whole sexual messages stuff happened). Sometime after we got in contact with him, friend A called Honey and asked where we were. We were joking that we had gone to the mall but the two were very insistant that they were sure we were not quite far. Sometime after the call, they arrived where we were. After some more time, friend D finally arrived. We went to his place and ate, a lot. We even played with his three dogs.
While we were there, we started using his laptop (I started after he mentioned it). My reason was just to show friend B a DmC trailer (we couldn't do it in friend A's house because of his internet connection). Everyone else didn't care until they heard a short exchange from friend B and I which went like:
B: he's half-naked?
me: no, he's fully naked
Apparently, the word 'naked' got their attention and they started crowding us. It was quite a funny scenario. After that, they started insisting on searching 'Brent Corrigan'  (please don't search him if you don't know him) on google but we decided to stop after friend C clicked on a link which alarmed me (because I saw a screenshot on the bottom of the page)and friend D (because he knew the site) so,  we played 'the House'.

After quite a while, friend B and I decided to go home. She had school the next day and I was going home here at my grandparents' place, which I'm not quite familiar commuting to. It took us roughly 30 minutes to get a ride and 30 minutes to leave a place which only took 10 minutes to walk. And that concludes my first actual 'hang out' with friends on a Sunday (the first time I left on a Sunday was school-related).

On the other hand, last Tuesday, I spent the day with my grandmother and her sister (including her husband during lunch and dinner and her son during dinner).  At some point, I went to sleep in one of the massage rooms in that clubhouse because my grand-aunt was going for a massage and she and my grandmother were going to catch up on gossip so they told me that I could sleep in the next room. It was a bit awkward/embarrassing but my sleep was wonderful. After hearing the opening speech  of Chief Justice Renato Corona (well, he's undergoing and impeachment trial...), we left the clubhouse and headed to a mall.

They let me stay in Fully Booked and lo and behold, most of all the books I've been looking for appeared there: The Hound of the Baskervilles (Puffin Classics relaunch version), the Hayate the Combat butler volume with little Athena/A-tan in it(I couldn't remember which volume it was...and now that I know, it happens to be the number I associate with Maikun), a Junjou Romantica manga, xxxHolic volume 19...and the list goes on. And then, I also find the Legend of Troy and Tales from Ancient Egypt (Puffin Classics relaunch). It was really heartbreaking to not have money to buy those. I mean, on top of the ones I wanted, I managed to also find the two Black Butler volumes I was missing, the first to Uraboku volumes, Gravitation, quite a lot of YamaNade (some of which I didn't have yet) and xxxHolic (most of which I didn't have yet)....There were 07-ghost and Pandora Hearts, too. Pretty much, the only things I wanted that they didn't have were Kyo Kara Maoh (I only have volume 5), Devil May Cry vol 1, Onegai Teacher volume 2, Code Geass knight anthology (iirc, my aunt found one before in either this branch or the other one)...so yeah, that's only how many agains how many.

After breaking my heart in that ordeal, I was left with fixing my books here at my grandparents' place. As of right now, after removing all magazines and music books, all my books and manga fill up the entire space perfectly--as in, without a single book out of place. It was just so perfect. I though my xxxHolic wouldn't fit but half of it fit in the middle section and the other half at the back, even though I was thinking it wouldn't.  So, my magazines, music books and 'action figures' have been demoted to the bottom shelf.

The next post might be Maikun-centric. And it would just be the perfect time because I found out some stuff which now confuse me (depending on what's what, it's either going to make me feel happy [because I'm evil and selfish, bwahahahaha] or...sad).

books, summer, friends
