(no subject)
Today was another great day! :>
I woke up earlier than my alarm sounded even though I slept late. Unfortunately, something went wrong with my routine and I left for school later than I intended so I had to walk to school--in heels! And the bridge I have to pass, gosh, how slippery it is!
Okay, so now, onto the other stuff. When I got to school, I was supposed to do my unfinished homework but I decided to step out of the classroom and hang out with my friends. That wasn't a problem, I had enough time to do it before our first period teacher comes. So, while I was outside, hanging out with my best friend, he decided to go ask for some mangoes from someone so I was just standing around in the hallway. Then, I saw a friend arrive. A few minutes later, I saw Maikun arrive. I was sort of watching him then we made eye contact and I waved at him. He waved back. Cue me getting all high again. After that, I went back into the classroom and did the aforementioned homework (hey, I was pretty much done with it anyways).
During recess, my day got even better. I decided to hang out in the library because going all the way down would tire me. On the way to the library, it just so happened that Maikun and his friends were going there at the same time. Technically, I should have been the one to cross the hallway first but thanks to my heels, they ended up ahead of me. Then, while they were walking ahead of me, I saw Maikun look back at me and waved. I waved back. Then, at some point, he stopped and walked beside me. He asked me if I could help him with English. I agreed. So, we walked together on the way to the library. Then, he entered the library first and kept the door open for me. So gentlemanly. Then, we sat all the way at the back. Just the two of us. Then I started telling him what's what and clues for this and that. After about five to eight minutes, when I finished discussing whatever the topic was, Maikun sat with his friends (well, he did tell me he'd go already). Then, my best friend arrived. He refused to sit beside me so I kept following him around the library. Even when he exited and went all the way near the stairs. I went back to the library when he decided to go down. I was in no mood to go and tire myself some more. When I got back to the library, I saw honey and two others talking about something. Maikun and another were behind them. Then, when honey took notice of me, he suddenly said "hey, let's let Charm (yes, that's what they call me now) do it!" What was it they wanted me to do? They wanted me to hand over some flowers to some girl...who was in the canteen, two floors down. I agreed and they all walked to the stairs. Maikun asked me something about so he was walking beside me. I find it sweet how even when we weren't really talking, he was sort of waiting for me, as in, slowing down his pace. This became very evident when we were going down the stairs. While going down the stairs, honey kept trying to make me hold the flowers already but I kept refusing. I was holding a book on my left hand and holding onto the railings of the stairs with my right. No way am I going to lose my balance to hold some flowers. Then, we met up with said girl and I gave the flowers. Then, at some point, when everything was done, Maikun asked me if I was going back upstairs. I said yes, so we went up together again. He, again, waited for me and he even, again, held the door open for me. Then, I sat down with a few friends. Because he lost his seat, he decided to sit beside me. Then, my friend, Maikun and I ended up talking about whatnots.
Lunchtime, my best friend decided to keep teasing me. When we got to the library, right in front of my crush, he decided to call me something (Maikun was seated with my friends). Maikun suddenly asked why it was that he called me that. Then, my best friend answered. They all laughed. I pretty much chased him around the library and beat him up (slapped his arms, kicked him, punched him, pinched him). He kept teasing me, so I kept beating him up. While I was pretending to upset with my best friend, I sat beside a friend from another section who was studying for a quiz. Maikun suddenly asks me why I wasn't studying. The others sort of joked about how I didn't even need to study anymore while my friend (the one studying) said that I had another teacher for that particular subject. When she said this, I pointed at Maikun and told him that he was stubborn. This was the nth time he mistook me as being from the other female section on our floor. At some point, when we were all exiting the library already, he suddenly teased me in front of others and I tried to kick him. I forgot I was not wearing strapped shoes so before I could connect a powerful kick, I saw my shoe flying. So embarrassing!
During dismissal, I had thought that Maikun had already left because we took forever to leave the room. But, by whatever luck, while I was talking with honey and another, Maikun suddenly goes "bye, Charmagne" coupled with a wave. Heh, Honey and the other friend started teasing me. : >
So now, here I am, sleepy and a bit anxious. UST results will be out in an hour. Although I'd have to wait until I wake up to see it. No way am I going to lose sleep for something that can wait.
