Party time for Nicci!!!
So, what'm I doing tonight? Well, guerre_perdue called me, and we are now at Pop Culture Cafe. They have a live band playing in the back so the place is packed with an assload of high schoolers and *gasp* MIDDLE SCHOOLERS! I swear I see one of my students back there, but I'm not paying a stupid cover charge to go and check. Instead, I'm going to constantly wonder. Maybe if I sub SOMETIME IN THE NEXT CENTURY, I'll ask him if he was here.

Last night, I spent my time online... and then my mother and I watched this countdown of the most popular super heroes. Dude, someone explain to me just how Austin Powers is a superhero! There are so many cooler superheroes, and they pick that ass?! Don't get me wrong. Funny movie. Laughed my ass off. But SUPERHERO?! Not in my book, he ain't.
But then, I'm one of the few girls to know enough superheroes to even care. ;) My mom had no idea. She recognized the Flash, which made me laugh. Verily. I dunno. I'm rambling.
guerre_perdue and I are supposed to meet some of her friends from Starbucks to go drinking. We're waiting on... one more? Something like that. He's supposed to get here.. *checks clock* Damn. Now. Hehehe. Guess I better jet so we can be on the ball when he comes.
Check ya later, cats! I'll be at a wedding shower tomorrow for my sister's friend from high school. Stefanie can't go, and he's the younger brother of Aaron. <-- The guy I was supposed to meet last Friday. Aaron should be there, so I'll be hanging out with a bud from high school. Maybe we can have some fun, and liven the place up. ;) We were always good about that. lol
