Is there an LJ revolution going on now? I'm seeing posts from people I haven't seen post in a while.
In other news, I'm leaving for Tokyo in a couple days. 'Twas a long time coming, and I definitely did not want or expect to be in this kind of emotional situation at this time. In a way it already feels ruined..but of course I will make the most of it while I'm there. A trip to Japan never disappoints despite all of the stress I seem to experience whenever I'm there, being in cramped quarters and all. When I was younger, it got to a point to whenever I turned a corner in the house, a family member would be there, and the only place I could find solitude was in the bathroom/bathtub. Ironically, Tokyo can be a good place to go when you want to be alone, because although there are shit tons of people, most of them keep to themselves in public and also live alone. Which, according to my friends who live there, is the main reason why so many people smoke.
