... and so, not knowing what to watch, I went to watch Golden Memories, the 2004 special with OGs.
I don't know too much about the 90s stars, but I sure like looking at many of them. The knowing/not knowing is important - maybe 'Zuka enjoyment is a learned skill? :) I watched 'Sorrowful Cordoba' recently, the 1995 show with Anju Mira, and I didn't understand that much - the summary on TakaWiki was kind of sketchy, and I didn't know that many people - 'Here's Yan, and here's Miki, and hey, look, there's rather young Rika, and who are all the others?', that sort of mental process. So I just watched Anju Mira being all Spanish-matador-passionate-like. She has an interesting face, suitable for this kind of role, I think. And Maya Miki makes a cuckolded husband who's too intense and guarded to be a figure of fun as cuckolded husband characters sometimes are (does she ever do ridiculous? Must. Watch. More).
I don't particularly like corrida or the 'typical Spanish' plots (I spent too much time studying Spanish in the uni), but 'Zuka is somehow good for these 'typical plots', bringing them to the maximum brightness of emotions (and sparkliness). So, I liked this, even though big parts of the goings-on were unclear. Also, I'm bad at recognizing Aika Mire.
Also, I wouldn't mind Tsubasa's necklace. And somebody's (who was it? Oh well, I'll learn) red hat. I like hats.
That was me being more than usually braindead and still having work to do. Oh well, back to working and a bit of Golden Memories.
