The Franz-at-the-door scene - I love this song, and I can't stop being amused and horrified at the over-the-top 'hand out of wardrobe' appearance of Der Tod, I rather want Elisabeth to kick everybody, and I am amused at the face Der Tods make after being thrown out (someone on Tumblr once did a gif set of those faces. Nice!)
