So, for some reason, instead of doing useful things, I am rereading old interview translations.
Morie tells us what she'd perform with Asako as her partner:
“I like her intense dances, particularly her tangos, so I would set the story in South America with Asako as a mafia man and me as a strong-willed woman. It would be a story with a seemingly strategic, confrontational sort of dance (laughs). At first glance, the two characters appear to be repelling each other, but really, they're attracted to each other (laughs).”
