  • Item(s) once ordered cannot be amened or cancelled


  • Goods sold are non-exchangeable nor refundable


  • Prices started for each item are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD)


  • Customers will be served on first come first serve basis


  • Items are subjected to availability


  • All items sold at yumegokochi store are in Free Size


  • Customers will be notified if the item(s) ordered are not in stock, so as to allow customers opt for an alternative switch


  • Orders are taken via email


  • Any updates on item(s) ordered will be made via email


  • Please provide item name, colour & quantity required when placing orders


  • Interested buyers can send orders to yumegokochi




  • Payment must be made within 24 hours after confirmation on details of transaction, sent to customers by yumegokochi


  • Payment is to be made to DBS bank only


  • For alternate payment mode, please contact yumegokochi




  • Item(s) will be delivered to customers via postal service. Customers may choose to receive item(s) either via normal postage or via registered mail service


  • All postage fee(s) will borne by customers. Cost of postage will depend on weight of item(s) purchased and type of postage service choosen


  • Please note that there will be an additional SGD$2.24 for registered mail service


  • Accessories shown in display photos are not included unless otherwise stated


  • It is advisable to wash coloured clothes separately from white/lighter colour clothes. Soaking a coloured item overnight is not advisable. If item becomes damaged due to mishandling or discolouration, yumegokochi will not be held responsible in any aspect
