In Osaka

I am currently in an Internet cafe near Osaka Station. It is noon and my bus doesn`t leave until 11pm. I kicked Dan away for awhile *lol*

The first day after exiting the bus, which was very uncomfortable, we checked out the sky garden, Osaka Castle, and Tenjou Park. The sky garden is a viewing area from one of the tallest buildings in Japan, it took us a while to find it and ended up getting there about an hour before it even opened, but it was really nice. Osaka castle was beautiful! It`s one of the castles thats been destroyed numerous times and keeps being rebuilt, so the inside was very modern. It was quite a surprise when from the outside it looks like your normal old japanese castle, then you go in and find an elevator. Tenjou park was a bit of a downer, nothing to exciting and we didn`t think it would be worth it to pay the fee to go into the main park area where there was a small zoo.

The second day we went to Universal Studios Japan. I must say the best part of the park is the Spider Man ride. We went on it three times! *lol* Honestly though, there wasn`t that much else to keep occupied all day. My brother would be proud of me that I braved the Jurassic Park ride, although I would NOT go on Jaws. It was quite nostalgic going on ET and Back the Future since those are the only rides I remembered going on in Florida years ago. Over all not worth the price of 5500 yen, but still fun. Dan got us lost on our way back to the hostle... My feet hurt A LOT, we finally got a taxi to take us back.

Now we have too much time and no money to do anything else, so I`m wasting time writing this review of the weekend. Thanks for reading!
