Three more days of quietude is all I ask.

Why yes, I am a few days late on everything. Haven't I made this post before?

Hmm... So, skipping over that fact.

I am so sorry, ashslady, that this has taken me three days longer than normal to get up. I hope they were worth the wait though. Here is the Dev/Kagome pairing you requested, and here is the Kyrian/Kagome pairing you also requested. They were ( Read more... )

Good luck with the quietude! I am still amazed you have done so much writing in December.

I am sorry you are disappointed about not making the cross-country trek in February, but I am also glad to know you will not be caught out in horrible weather while doing so.

I have to comment on the built-in washer and dryer in most apartments statement you made. Are you telling me most apartments where you live have them? You'd have to be paying through the nose to get an apartment with that kind of sweet set-up around here. Apartments for those with an average income typically have a laundry room in each building--usually in the basement. It's definitely the better class apartments that have washer/dryer hook-ups available. And I've never been in one that actually had the machines included.

I actually have a party to go to this New Year's Eve! (This is unusual for me. ^_^) Some friends of ours have invited the whole family for a Wii Party. LOL! It should be fun! I hope you enjoy your New Year's Eve, no matter how you choose to celebrate it!

Yes, pretty much every single apartment complex has them here. And nearly every apartment building has multiple laundry rooms -- around two for each floor. I believe they're required to have some form of laundry services on-site nowadays. But nearly every place here has their own room hook-ups these days. I write nearly because I'm certain there's some older buildings that don't have it in any way.

I'm oddly jealous! A Wii party? That sounds like it's going to be so much fun! I think for next New Year's Eve, I'm going to have to steal that idea... I hope you have a lot of fun at the party! It's always a good idea to go out and have fun on the 31st, especially if the party isn't at your place. No cleaning up to do!

I'll be going out as well, if it stops snowing and it clears up. But nothing as fun as a Wii party, just a movie marathon and some pizza with a very old friend. It is very slumber party-ish, lol, but I prefer the term "girl's night in".
