JUDGE WALKER RULED THAT PROP 8 WAS UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
WHICH MEANS :
WE WON
WE FUCKING WON
The defendants were unable to defend or rationalise their bigotry while the plaintiffs had built a strong case.
PROP 8 HAS BEEN OVERTURNED
I'M ALMOST CRYING NOW (I DID CRY WHEN I READ THE NEWS)
Of course, the fight is far from being over and the defendans are already planning to appeal. It could all the way to SCOTUS. But still, this is a great step forward for gay rights !
