Hey, anyone go to the 'Silver Ring Thing' at Post Auditorium Saturday? I went, and it was awesome! You know what SRT is about right? Promoting abstinence(not having sex until your married). You know Yuma at one time had one of the higher percent of teen pregnancies, and SRT actully started in Yuma, and over 500,000 people have a silver ring through out the world. Paul Bensel the jewler dude designed the ring too. I thought that was interesting.
Is anyone going to that concert on Feb. 23 at Post auditorium starting at 7:00 pm with Jadon Lavick, Barlow Girl, and Rebecca St. James? They're some christian artists, and after the concert they're all going to The Ark Bookstore down at the Yuma Palms Shopping Center so we can meet them, and get their autographs. I'm going to both...Right after I do my song for the talent show at Woodard. :D
