[Sales] Wonderful Cupid/Garasu no Mahou
So we've all been dying to hear how the sales went for NYC/Yuma's latest double A side single. The single was set to release on 4th January 2012~~ But according to Oricon, the single hit the shelves 1 week earlier than the official release date!
And the sales was~~well, just see it for yourself~~!

So they started counting the sales on 28 January [Sales figure]
The single sold just 13,701 copies on the first day~ Putting them in the 3rd place on daily chart behind Akanishi Jin's [Seasons] and no3b's [Pedicure Day]~~ The rest of the week:
Day 2: 9,652 copies (2nd place)
Day 3: 7,078 copies (1st place)
Day 4: 3,801 copies (2nd place)
Day 5: 3,653 copies (1st place)
Day 6: 4,281 copies (2nd place)
Day 7: 9,493 copies (1st place) <---- sudden jump, first week sales of = 51,659 copies~
Day 8: 8,938 copies (1st place) <---- official release date
Day 9: 5,407 copies (1st place)
Day 10: 3,554 copies (1st place)
and that was all Oricon provided us with in terms of daily chart.... for the whole first week the single shifted between first and second place. Total sales so far: 69,558 copies!
And so on the weekly chart (Between 26 Dec 2011~ 01 Jan 2012)
NYC on 4th place with 38,936 copies sold, behind Jin's [Seasons] (1st place with 97,148 copies sold), no3b's [Pedicure Day] (2nd place, 85,660 copies) and SDN48 (3rd place 67,018 copies)

I'll be honest here, I never really expected the sales to go really well... the song is just too~~ sleepy?
4th place on weekly chart isn't too bad I guess~ but for JE groups, yeah I don't think Johnny-san expected that =/
