There are still more than 150 people who participated in Yuletide 2014 and who, because of a late default or because they submitted a placeholder story, need to complete a New Year’s Resolution fic to sign up to future Yuletides

Hi!

Where could I find the prompts for previous Yuletide so I could write a New Years Resolution story I owe since I defaulted?

Not exactly then. It's a good target to aim for. We will have some administrative tasks to do after that precise time, before opening sign-ups, so you probably have at least an hour after that - but we won't know exactly when we're opening sign-ups until we have done a final QA pass through the tag set and sign-up form.
