oxys_kai_moros flamebyrd has yet again created a fabulous item, which this year also has acomma-delimited fandom list generator tool thing which is also a means of filtering down the fandoms as you decide what you want to offer. ETA: linked fixed! ETA2: deepest apologies to flamebyrd, I don't know where my head is, I knew that!
zvi_likes_tv has put a very helpful list of all Yuletide fandoms in a word document of about 17 pages, for those that find the web page hard to parse. ETA: Waiting for correct link!
ETA: Elke suggested watching the Dreamwidth yuletide tag, which shows the latest posts made with that tag, and of course, don't forget:

And once again, #yuletide has created a spreadsheet of Dear Author Letters (this is a link to the post on yuletide)from those that have been posted/linked to this entry on the Yuletide comm.
Note: Dear Author letters are entirely optional, but can be a lot of fun for people to read, and might generate Treat stories for you.
I've also created the "Need a Beta?" post on yuletide to give hints on finding a fandom specific beta, and to offer your own services as both general and fandom-specific betas. This post will also be linked on the sidebar in both comms.
