Sorry, I am a bit of a dunce at these things so it is probably my fault but I am having trouble. I have looked at the youtube instructions. I've tried more than once and this is what I got each time:

1. - error message - said to refresh and try again - couldn't refresh, figured system must be overloaded and left a while (and in meanwhile asked about where DK Broster was listed as I couldn't find it)
2. - went through to a page with an empty grid that didn't have anything with my signups, so I guess I did it wrong; checked my email to see if I got confirmation of my choices the way I did last year - nothing came through (not sure if this is being done this year, tough)
3. third time I tried I pushed the 'remove' button by mistake for my offers and found it did remove the last offer but nonetheless stil counted it as an offer as I went on to make more; when I got to the end I submited anyway but it didn't go through
4. completed form (including Jacobite Trilogy offer this time!) and submitted; got an error message and told to refresh - went back and found the sign up form empty, so reclicked for all my choices, etc and tried submitting again - another error message.

Obviously I'm mucking it up somewhere! Please send idiot-proof instructions and I am clearly the idiot who cannot understand the video.

Yes but clearly you know you have signed up so somewhere somehow you got to a page that said you did, whereas I haven't. I don't think it's just being slow since if that were the problem, after 4 tries I'd have got there too. I think I must be doing something wrong; I just don't know what.

I used Mozilla Forefox because last year we were told Explorer wouldn't work with AO3.
