I'll canon-beta for any of these series: Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Lamb, Dead Like Me, Chrestomanci, Feline Wizards, Young Wizards, Hercules (1997), The Incredibles, Dexter (book), Animorphs, Mulan, Nick and Norah, Outlaw Star, Perry Moore - Hero, Discworld, Trigun, Venture Brothers, or Victorian Romance Emma.

I'd also be happy to spelling/grammar beta for any fandom as long as the story doesn't involve explicit m/m sex. I beta-ed for someone last year and found it was an enjoyable experience.

Fandoms: Comics in general (mostly DC, some Marvel, some "other"), some science fiction books, literary detective fandoms, some literary fandoms, a few webcomics, a bunch of the classic science fiction series (glaring gaps: Doctor Who, BSG, Farscape, Supernatural), random movies (mostly action/science fiction/mysteries). I can't give any guarantees, but don't hesitate to ask me about your specific fandom. Keep in mind, though, that I might have to take a refresher course on the canon before being able to beta, so contact me with time.

Howdy all! I'll proofread anything and I can offer in some general categories -- DC comics, pretty much any mythology including Arthurian and Judeo-Christian, any Shakespeare (particularly the history plays), Sherlock Holmes and Holmes-related fanon like the Mary Russell series and A Study in Emerald, and a lot of assorted sci-fi and fantasy books and movies. Feel free to ask about your specific fandom though I make no promises about knowing it.

I'll fandom-specific beta anything Sherlock Holmes, LOTR or John Ringo's Looking Glass series (except for the physics-speak).

I'll technical-beta about anything but RPF. (Just too squicky.)

That said, I beta (and occasionally alpha) read for a local professional author and I write legal documents in my job. Copy-editing is my life. :-)
