Ji/schiarire, who not only wrote the awesomest prompt ever but also the warmest of thank-yous for the fic I wrote for her, and wrote the very awesome fic Boustrophedon which I wanted desperately to rec and could not because I wrote so many fics in the same fandom that I was afraid of outing myself. Ji, you are simply made of awesome.
Everyone who commented on the untitled Secret History fic I insanely posted anonymously in the comments to john_h_holliday's rec post.
ghost lingering, kormantic and xiuxi for commenting on my Secret History fic "Assignment." For some reason I didn't get emailed comments for any of these, so I am replying here, with much love and appreciation for your kind words.
neko_chelle / eyesdelight, for her happiness in reading the Meerkat Manor fic "Amaranth" I wrote for her. I'm sad that the comment didn't get emailed to me because I really was looking forward to replying to her. eyesdelight, that story was probably the hardest for me to write out of any story I've written, and I spent a really really long time trying to think of how to approach it. In the end I tried to settle on something both a little humorous and a little serious, a reaction to the fandom more than anything. The story you almost ended up with ("No Mating With Carlos") was even worse. I was full of trepidation that you would end up hating the story, and was so IMMENSELY relieved to get your comment that you'd enjoyed reading it! Thank you and happy Yuletide.
To Sonya for writing the awesomest The Sound and the Fury prompt ever. Apologies for not being able to finish the darn thing in time, so that I had to post it as an NYR -- I hope you still read it. Quentin and Shreve have been haunting me since Christmas Eve and I had forgotten how much I loved those books until you brought it all back for me. (And people who were omgwtf that there was an NYR up already -- trust me, I did not write that this morning, by a long shot XD)
